Our Boot Camp is an ongoing program - join anytime, leave anytime! All sessions start and finish at Focus Fitness unless we notify you otherwise. We run sessions at 5:45-6:45am, 9:15-10:15am, 5:30-6:30pm & 6:30-7:30pm on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. You are able to adjust your classes to suit work schedules etc. You also have the option of joining us for a 4th session at no extra cost each week which runs at 6am in Kings Park, this session is a little more relaxed than our regular weekly sessions and is almost entirely running based so if you have plans to run the city to surf or the Bibra Lake fun run this is a great opportunity to really improve your running. Besides that I can't think of a more stunning place to train!
